1: CEO has no background in the industry or technology = Doesn't matter, he was sagacious enough to be ahead of everyone else. Very astute CEO, which was an Investment Banker, so he knows how to do business + he already had success stories under his name!! ;-)
2: GTGP run out of CEO's house = Very smart, no need for rented offices! And besides, do you need a factory to keep licenses in a drawer? LMFAO
3: No SEC filings for many years = 8K's are filed with the SEC
4: MSE is going bankrupt on its own = FALSE INFORMATION!!
5: Nobody else is interested in buying MSE = Nobody was interested in acquiring the necessary licenses for MBS too, and this is yet another example of sharp and smart our respected CEO is, he is ahead of everybody else ;-)
6: Another entity controlled by the CEO is actually trying to buy MSE, not GTGP = bad = Paranoia is not investment advice LMAO
7: No indication of any funds or raising of funds to complete the transation = NDA in place by Investment Bank!
8: Closing continues to miss deadlines = Normal in the business world!
9: GTGP filed false and misleading financial statements with the SEC. = FALSE INFORMATION!!
10: The inventor of the MBS technology has now patented a new, more advanced version and assigned it to another party. = Totally different product than MBS. The Department of Defense & The Environmental Protection Agency is going to select MBS as the best product on the market = Industrial Benchmark
11: The 10-15 year World wide exclusive license for MBS technology assigned to Solucorp in the area of Power/energy plants was sold by Solucorp to a third party for $2.0 million in 2008, which was fully paid. = WRONG INFORMATION
12. The divdend of the private company to GTGP stockholders announced late last year will not be allowed by FINRA due to lack of currently filed financials by GTGP. = The dividends will be issued after the MSE deal = VERY GOOD
