converting preferred to common can't be considered buying back stock, that makes no sense, additionally you dont know that he is holding onto those 140mil added to the o/s ... waiting explanation... i'm still wondering why ihub didn't pick up the q being filed....

Short-Hunter: well said Jeff is a common shareholder too - how much of one we will hopefully find out in 24 hours or less. His money and shares are tied in with ours and our fate.....a penny to a dime or .25 cents is one heck of an investment that he can control by only continuing this exponential Growth.....you said:

You are 100% correct, JR did buy shares and everyone is missing it. He converted the prefered's of which he could of paid himself a handsome dividend each quarter to commoms so now he holds a major amnount of commons to which I'm sure he wants to see go up in value a hundred times over.

I'm afraid people will be chasing again.
