1)Company states RS transactions are complete, new shares are distributed fully.
2)Transfer agent info. supplied by company to confirm.
3)Transfer agent cannot give acct. details (acct. is held through broker).
4)Broker claims shares not delivered, says call transfer agent.
5)Transfer agent has no reason to not disperse shares as requested by co. (no benefit).
6)Broker has motive to "stall" (Rule 144B, correct me if wrong).

Have the shares been naked shorted by the broker pre RS?

IMO, MM's f'd up betting on another RS pps drop. Can't cover the millions of .0001's sold pre RS they didn't have because the pps never dropped after! They will f@ck with the trading until they make their money!
