Serious is right. So nice to have some real information, no BS in my opinion. On the surface to me, it looks like they just need to make sure they sell enough (16mil) a year to cover expenses etc. and pay off the Solidor debt. BUT, and maybe this is wishful thinking, if the stock price goes up that debt will take care of itself. (Probably what solidor is thinking, let them off the hook for 1.2mill and make 2.5+ with the shares they were given).
I'm continuing to buy baby.

filing looks great...mgmt. certainly appears to be doing its job...cdoc very solid...and deserved more of my investment!
