In response to your questions:

1. Hedge Fund - we had incorporated the entities required for the Hedge Fund and are proceeding with the various registration steps which require hard copy documents to be sent to several Federal and State agencies as well as waiting for their response and then filing the same documents online. Unfortunately that is how Uncle Sam works. However, our legal team assured us that the Hedge Fund will be fully registered before the end 3rd Qt.

2, Funding - we are still working to finalize the details of the funding agreement between our attorneys and their attorneys. We believe that too will be finalized before the end of the 3rd Qt.

3. We are also working on several acquisitions but it is still to early to speak about them however, we believe that the majority of them will be finished in the 3rd Qt. as well.

Let me assure you that the financial statement that will be filed will not be one with just $0 on them.
