All I know for certain is that there is no reason for this stock to go up until phase II trials are completed

So go ahead and buy when there is no reason for the stock to go up?

I agree with this viewpoint jg. There is plenty of time to buy in here at a decent price - a point I (as a slow accumulator) view as an advantage.

There is enough volume here at least on occasion that a quick and bold trader can make a few bucks on the swings as well.

Even IF TOX studies are done sometime this Fall or Winter it will take some time to track the effects of treatment for longer-term side-effects (more than a few weeks post-treatment) and to analyze the data.

Phase II results will follow sometime over the next few months or perhaps a bit longer if the TOX data look good.

Expect sustained 'bumps' in shareprice uptrends (with still some up and down movement within the trend) IF the TOX results look good and again IF the Phase II trials are favorable.

I think the stock will find new and higher price levels on certain milestones. Especially the fisrt successful Human Trials. It will spike big and fall back somewaht but nowhere near where it will spike from.

These write ups by Cox and such have that effect you describe but human trials will be another ball game entirely. Even the anticipatin of them after the announcement of such, I predict, will take us to another level.
