Ash Grove is not waiting for the EPA, they are implementing company wide directives for compliance. ISO 14001 is driving that process and it applies specifically to environmental management and compliance.

Remind me again who's working with Ash Grove?

¦3.16.2012 - MSE is working on a project with Global Technologies Group, Inc. and Ash Grove Cement Company.

Hmm, well I did a little digging and GTGP is not buying MSE. They are not the target. I know this because of a secret underground undercover investigation work I did and I am not revealing my sources!

Well, alright okay, I'll tell you! I went to MSE and was lurking around and stumbled on a man there who said that he is the cousin of the aunt of a friend of the janitor who works there and that as far as things go MSE is not being purchased at all by GTGP. He said that GTGP was not a real company and that the shares of GTGP are really somewhat only comparable to toilet paper and that there was not many things that could be done about that. The janitor supposedly overheard a conversation as he was cleaning up after some experiment work where 2 secretaries were discussing their online chatting with some mongolian engineers who had described the use of MBS to remediate mercury in cement smokestacks. They said that the engineers compared MBS to have the same capture efficiency rate as bubble gum or lipstick.

So, I'll sell all my shares at 9:30 am as the market opens this morning and go buy myself a nice salmon shirt to wear and a 1980's motorola flip phone to go with it.

ROFLMFAO !!!!!!!!! GO GTGP!!!!! Thanks to all the secret DD ..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
