#7092 RE: MIHL Board #7082

Redundant in what respect?

When I see a signature that begins with a capital 'L' in fluid script followed by 'PRINTED' letters it causes some concern as to why the entire signature was not in 'fluid script'. An official document filed with OTC has nothing whatsoever to do with the signature. They have nothing to compare it with and the amount of documentation they process in a day precludes them from analyzing such a thing. Besides, this is not the SEC we are talking about; OTC is an entity that charges a fee and they are not likely to bite the hand that feeds them.
Perhaps you could show a couple of other documents showing her signature. That should not be a problem as she is the CEO/President/Exec in all kinds of activities so her signature should be dime a dozen.
Also, if she is the CEO, then why is it NOT printed as such on this 'official attorney certified document'?
