I don't if ONCY tested the RAS status, but given the ability of Reolysin to replicate in RAS activated cells selectively, it seemed to me to be a no brainer to assay the primary tumor. I have been out of ONCY for about 5 or 6 years and I recall one of the frustrating things for me when I owned ONCY was management seemed to lack the urgency and the wisdom to make RAS testing a priority.
