SIRGE..Fact is Rod did sell some shares and he would've been stupid not to. If he would've sold more, you all wouldn't have the Asher debt to deal with. So AGAIN, Rod was looking out for himself and not the shareholders. Makes me wonder how many shares ole Rod still has. Did he get in on the F/S as well?:

The claim made that Rod bought 10 Mil. shares and did not sell is not valid.

In actuality the shares were acquired by 5277 Partners in April 2010...
