Once again slup, I really don't care what you believe. This how it is going to go down, so get used to it. One way, or the other GTGP is going to the POWER PLANT dance, and we do not care even one little bit which poorly managed, non-reporting "company" goes with us:
SLUP will need $GTGP
If $EMHI drops their opportunity to own the patent on the IFS technology, then it reverts back to SLUP.
That's clear right?
Now, if SLUP retains the patent, then they WILL make a deal with $GTGP. WHY?
1. GTGP/MSE has already successfully used the technology in a power plant. So the technical aspects of applying the technology to power plants belongs to $GTGP.
2. MSE currently has multiple clearances with various agencies of the government including the Dept. of Defense, the Dept. of Energy, Homeland Security, and individual branches of the military. So the necessary clearances belong to GTGP/MSE.
3. TIME. Does SLUP have the means, or ability to start the search, and then successfully find someone else who can step in on day one, and start implementing the technology? IMO, no.
Plus the time for moving forward on the power plant market is upon us.
SLUP knows Jim, and has already made deals with him.
SLUP just wants the money. Jim will take care of that too. Also, if Solucorp wants to get rid of that part of their business, I am sure some agreement can be reached with Jim for a purchase of the technology.
Not hard to see, when the facts are considered, that GTGP will be going to the power plant market shortly, very shortly. Just a matter of who they are going to be doing it with, SLUP, or $EMHI.
