Thank you all for the continue support of Sebastian River Holdings and your patience through the process of filing all of our financial and disclosure statements.
We have completed the review and posted our obligations to meet the Current Information Tier, we had to complete some minor 'tweaking' of the reports as we missed some minor details in formatting the document which have since been corrected. Our Legal Counsel will be providing the Attorney's Opinion Letter with Respect to Current now that the filings have been posted and should be available on the OTC Disclosure and News system within 24 hours to facilitate the completion of the filing process and move SBRH to the Current Information Tier.
We are excited to join the highest volume market tier in the Over-The-Counter marketplace and are anticipating that this will aid in facilitating share price appreciation through coupled with our many exciting announcements coming!
