The market will dictate its value. Theoretically , yes it should stay the same be but people see R/S and sell, driving down pps. If there is monster news from Tony the pps should go up. I bet a lot of people here will sell most of their shares prior to the R/S and buy back after it has taken place but Tony will have monster news around then screwing with everyone's plan... This is a tricky one to play for sure.

The r/s is not what is going to hurt it's the 500 million new shares after the r/s that is going to wipe out the equity.
