GTHI will probably turn around, and buy GTGP after they acquire MSE which would preclude the financials being made current. GTHI divvies WILL be issued. Sorry.

I am very interested in learning more about this:

GTGP has already applied to FINRA for permission to issue a dividend of the private company to GTGP stockholders and was DENIED...

it turns out that you need to be current on your financial statement filings, something that GTGP is not and will not be for a very very long time, if ever...

Please point to where this has occurred.

I SENSE A FAIR AMOUNT OF ANGER.
YOU ARE PROBABLY DEEPLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE LACK OF FAIRNESS BECAUSE $LUP HAS NOT RISEN IN TANDEM WITH GTGP.
Nothing anyone can do about that. Just the way it is. take it up with their management imo.
