From what I've read on the BV board, as well as Sally Church's comments, because of the censored patients, the control MOS could change as well. I'd like to know how.

I expect that the MOS estimate will get better, since it is interim data.

Not how KM curves work. The KM median will bounce around a little as the data matures - but as likely to have median go up as down.
