A buy back would be great..but only documentation of BBDA, financials, and dealings will bring a rise in the pps.

IMO if a buy back of 1bil shares were to occur tomorrow, the pps would adjust to a new stagnant high where we would continue to trade sideways indefinitely.

Documentation of BBDA at all angles will bring a higher pps if what he is hiding is good.

If a pps of .03-.07 in 24 months makes you happy then by all means don't worry about fundamentals.

If a Europe deal happens and BW boast epic sales...do you think someone is going to dump 20k, 50k, 70k...etc into undocumented sales figures...b/c this is the type of money that is going to be needed to get to .30+ and be sustainable.

How can he buy larger block holders first ? And how would that affect the smaller guy is it illegal for him to approach them first
