CE Removed
The CE has been removed. Due to the fact that have not yet been able to provide full financials as part of the Initial Disclosure filed with OTC Markets there is a "STOP" warning as the symbol for the company. The problem is that OTC Markets asked for 2 fiscal years of financial statements and Greg Evans failed to provide us with any financial information or books and records so our statement will be only for 3 Qt. during which we are in control. We had discussed it with the analyst and as soon as we can provide the financials for the 3rd Qt. at that point the STOP will be changed to PINK. But progress is being made albeit it is an uphill battle.

We may now look forward to the stop sign removal in the not too distant future.

And why would you not have gotten them as part of the transaction?
This is very bad news for MIHL investors.

When a MIHL insider admits that, investors better listen.
No volume today, even with the CE gone, portends bad news.

Looks like any MIHL progress up that hill is months away,
if there is any at all. How can you buy a shell and not get any prior financials? What legitimate company would do that?

To me, the STOP is far worse than the CE.
You have tied the hands of any insider to buy or sell thus leaving the PPS to retail which will surely crush it as you fight uphill.
Never a good position to be in.

Since the real pre-split price is in the low, low trips,
