POW Entertainment are co-owners. There's no indication that POW paid Comikaze to be partial owners, and there's no indication what POW's take would be on any profits.

That said, most comic conventions bring in tons of revenue but very little profit. They have to pay guests and their expenses i.e. facility rental, event insurance, advertising, security, etc. It's not cheap, and many of these conventions lose money and end up bankrupt.

The best scenario is if POW gets a cut up front plus any additional profits. It's not going to suddenly catapult POW into profitability.

Thats a wait and see game at this point. Obviously the first expo did well enough to have a second one. And all the special events are diffent....like the zombie run. And harry potter event.
