There may be incentives for TMobile to offer a settlement because of what is decided by the Markman judge, but I'm not sure clarifying language in 16 separate contested phrases could called 'winning'. There are so many outcomes ranging from winning all sixteen to losing them all, winning is almost impossible to determine. JMHO
