Mrbigglessworth, I agree. I suspect the 18 month study included APDN's ability to maintain and stay in business, and meet all of DOD's required mandate. In my opinion, an 18 month study had to include more than just reading research papers and testing markings. The testing of markings was already tested by other companies and other countries before DLA became involved.
