GM git...the market always trades ahead of the fact...especially on QE likelihood...kinda like with stocks and earnings reports...they start running them up well in advance of the fact.Used to trae CSCO a lot and CSCO always ran up beginning with anounce date but then often sold off when earnings were actually reported.Thats about a month of bullish run on speculation with dogpile buying.They started stomping the USD in July as markets bcame more and more convinced that the feds were FOOLISH enough to do QE3.Hard to say what the FACT is gonna do tho...either way.
