I am also pleased Doug was able to get some final cash through form D before the chill came down. I don't know what the original use of the funds was for but having some in reserve can only help him continue to grow the business.
I suspect though that he will now be even more careful with spending the cash on new equipment or whatever it was needed for. This may slow down growth but as those who have followed closely already know the company has turned a significant corner and can be self sustaining now (subject to natural events). Its just we want growth as well
SO, SGCP HAS NOT BEEN SERVED WITH THE DTCC NOTICE OF SUSPENSION???
WOW!
Then, according to DTCC rules and regulation, the DTCC notice of suspension has not been issued – PERIOD, and the brokers' suspension of trading is improper. They did it just really as a precaution. I spoke to DT Ameritrade a number of times about this matter, and every time they were kind of confused and perplexed, but strongly emphasized that -- "HMMM... WELL... STRANGE..." -- they do not have any indication of any suspension on their files.
