I'm sorry, Oiljob, I'm having trouble following your post... Are you suggesting that TECO will hit oil because someone drilled a dry-hole (with minor asphalt shows) offshore, in totally different geological formations???

That's like me saying The BP Macando well blew-out in Mississippi Canyon #252, so there must be oil under my land in Livingston Parrish, LA...

If anyone is holding based on this offshore well drilled by Island oil & gas, I suggest you rethik your position... Island wasn't even penetrating the same geological formations...
