I think TECO will be fine and will make us lots of money. It is a good thing we are innocent until proven guilty. The SEC has not barred Mr. Reid. The courts have not put him in prison. He is either innocent or good at covering it up. I for one choose to believe he is innocent. GO TECO

Old news Against. Please hi-lite the words CONVICTED or JAIL TIME. You, I and everyone knows how easy it is to bring a complaint against an individual, without merit. Sometimes even annonimously. Happens all the time and the only person who's reputation is tarnished is the person who the complaint is brought against.

This post makes me laugh every time ... Really? $6MM in damages was settled for $35k? $60k in damages was settled for $290? $200k in damages was settled for $106k? Sounds like those plaintiffs has some really strong cases.

First of all he was not charged or convicted of anything. get your fact straight.

Secondly he was not even working in the industry when arbitration took place.

Finally, anyone can accuse someone in cases such as this with no proof or evidence to back up the claims but sadly theses accusation remain.
