yes, and not only that, but management is nowhere near a majority. they couldn't possibly pass any of this without having a large number of shareholders on their side.
i'm betting we see them do things to get the votes they want.
the r/s will probably go through, if funding arrives. at least i know i'd vote yes on it.
the a/s will be voted down and volk will be sent packing, too. that's my prediction.
i also think very few flippers will be left in the stock by the time this all comes to pass. ;-)
