I can understand why you feel optimistic. Your notes tend to reflect a fairly positive outcome for Calypso. It's good to see the Calypso lawyers were ready, this is essentially do or die time. If they want a name, this is the case to do it. They don't have time to slack off, which appears to me to be what happened with tmob, judging from their filings. thanks for your work.
