Howdy johnsyn,

I'm not so concerned with the amount of money APDN is making by the end of Sept/1st of October as I am with them getting new customers such as Honeywell or TTI, Inc. on board to show that the mandate will affect APDN's bottom line in a positive manner. Short term, the "how much" is not nearly so important as the "who and how many" in my opinion.

A big concern I do have is that one of the statements the DLA made was that even though they were mandating chip manufacturers use Applied DNA technology by the end of September, they also said they were going to be doing their own research and development as well. I don't know if that meant they would have APDN doing additional research for them, or if they intend to introduce some competition as soon as possible.

Don't get me wrong...I'm not bashing the DLA, APDN or anyone connected with those organizations, but it does worry me that right when we think we are in on the ground floor with no where to go but up, and up fast, another building is suddenly built next door and we miss the elevator on that one because we didn't realize the one we were standing in was out of order.

That's why to me, early October is key, because by then we should know what direction APDN will be going in. Either up fast, or down fast.

To be clear - I am long, long, long APDN until I either make a bunch o' money, or get taken advantage of and lose most, if not all. I am all in and can't wait to see how the cards play out.

Seriously - GLTA
