It appears from your notes that calypso may have done very well. The defining term pre-determined is one in which we'll have to see how the judge lays it out. Otherwise from what I'm seeing calypso may come out very well on this hearing. It sounds like with the judges prior prep and todays meeting, this guy will have this decided by wed. Thanks for keeping such good notes. Time will tell.
