Actually, I wasn't talking about the Barclay Brothers and their empire. I was suggesting that Barclays out of London (banking conglomerate) owns the NewMarket shell and hence, with their banking foothold in Kenya and connections with Philip in disaster relief programs worldwide thru the United Nations, they may be financing the Savanna plant in Nairobi.
