I remember the days of wise and .19 cents a share, it was ran alot better then, what the hell US oil production is supposed to be up, oil around 100 a barrel, something is definitely wrong, I don't trust CEO's because they are in it for themselves, and they ruin companines, they want the stock to go to zero while they bank the equity. Trust but verify and those days are coming so they say.

No proof to back that up, show me filings. I have seen nothing but poor performance and incompetence up till this point from management.

I don't think it's poor management. The CEO has led them into production and a positive cash flow.
