Berge has waived 75K of his payroll to help the company

he spends over $700,000 annual on "general and admin expenses - other" the vast majority of which is travel expenses. $2,000 per day is a helluva expense account, ya don't really need salary when you have that much cash to burn 365 days a year. And i don't think he "waived" it he "deferred" it which means he took an IOU from the company. Not bashing okay? just pointing out reality here.
