Edit....just to keep track:
1. Numerous posters have reported that he said that the company would actually be cash flow positive in the 1st quarter of 2013.

2. "People who are impatient are not going to like him, he basically said by 1st quarter of 2013 you are going to be able to see tangible results that will get us cash flow positive."

That sounds more likely than "We'll be cash flow positive". Of course "significant" is in the eye of the beholder, and given where the bar is currently set, "significant" probably isn't going to do much to reduce the time before the next PIPE is needed.
