Mr Rainmaker..FYI Re:NBRI..You mention a loan from Asher..That was in 2010 and was paid off
(extinguished) in early 2011..It was not toxic..

You mention Tangiers..Every one of those notes with Tangiers has a
fixed conversion price..By definition that is not toxic..

If NBRI engaged in toxic financing at any point in their past,the O/S
would be way over 100M..
