you are just seeing the cover, its the unseen pages where the real story will happen, after talking to my sis, I think theres a strategy unfolding thats going to chew on RFMK, as well as prove costly for RFMK, and I wonder if it is just the beginning of the fun.

It's clear that by LAW, RFMK had used the name Cannacig long before THC filed on Aug 15th..

I am sure your sister was helpful but that doesn't change the law!

Maybe THC does have "a strategy" but that only helps RFMK prove that THC knowingly applied for the name, even though it was already in use...

I believe this is a cut and dry case, the FACTS speak for them self's! If THC feels the need to "chew" on RFMK I think they will be put down like any other rabid animal..
