I wonder why it's taking so long. How many shares do you have? Do you think larger shareholders get a higher priority? I have E-Trade and I got mine converted a couple weeks ago.
I think you should email Epgl about the problem you are facing, IMHO. People will jump in here to say that it is nothing to do with Epgl, but Etrde is clearly saying that they haven't received shares in your case yet to convert? Epgl should know this, IMHO.
