Still not able to figure out the pps action. This form D is an amendment from the prior one and only an additional $32k in debt, about 14million shares or so. $32k is not a large number if they are that close to breaking even in the quarter? If they needed more money, they would have filed a larger amendment.....

But where is the volume coming from? Someone is dumping and someone is buying beyond retail.
