lazyazzdaddy, LOL, ahh, no, its going to be far more expensive for RFMK since there is really nothing RFMK can do to THC for filing with the USPTO other than to spend money disputing the application during the challenge phase, but the real brilliant part of what THC Scientific did here is the other issues that this situation has created for RFMK and Cannacig, and real 1s at that, my sister the lawyer pointed them out to me when I showed her this, and the best part, Im not going to spill exactly what she said, instead Im just going to sit back and watch, I just hope those still stuck in RFMK have an opportunity to at least get even, if not make some great $$$ before the ... hits the fan.
