Yeah, right Chief Judge Sydney Nation violated Wallace's US Constitutional rights-

Actually, he violated Wallace's rights under the GA Constitution as well as federal law.

CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA

ARTICLE I
SECTION I

Paragraph XII: Right to the courts. No person shall
be deprived of the right to prosecute or defend, either in
person or by an attorney, that person's own cause in any
of the courts of this state.

Only in spencerland would someone believe that Judge Nation doesn't have to follow the constitution. But he's not always
wrong. He did approve judgments against GOSY for Prodec and Wallace. Was he wrong on those judgments?
