Yup.. but they have been pretty open.. once the found out the china branch of the company was fudging things. Its been my experience that the price would be going down if bad news was coming. Usually people with advanced knowledge of events will sell off before bad news even though they technically arent supposed to be able. This rise before the possible Sept news about reinstatement is a good sign in my book... but what do i know LOL
