Remember, the CEO here was in charge of refurbishing the old Sunshine Silver Mine in Idaho and under his watch it went from pennies to over $10. Shown here is a chart of SRLM. (Unfortunately I could not find a better one with prices going back further). This one shows the pop to the top and then the slow drop. It sold off as silver prices pulled back, but also because DeMotte made some deals at the top and those deals went sour. Later the board fired him...mostly because of his Minco Silver deal... and eventually the mine was bought out by a big consortium back east. The fact that Ray was not dumping SRLM shares at the top is a good sign for SAGD. This man took the Sunshine Mine from a dilapidated, flooded disaster to near-production. Can he do it again? I think he can!
