imo, a flipper who bought the trips day before yesterday sold what they could on ask, then dumped on the best bid, made their profit and then liquidated the rest of their shares at any price on bid. Destructive trading that only benefits the first to exit. Going to have to deal with a few whale flippers like that from time to time on stocks in this price range due to the larger percentage spreads for each up/down tick.
