Agree mostly, BUT: Shiva told another poster that it was not the company who dumped those shares, and he doesn't know who did. Now, would he admit it to an Ihub poster if he did in fact dump 500M+ shares? Who knows? I do agree, though, we need this BOD big-time.

To establish a Board of Directors you must first have direction. I don't know of anyone who would join the BOD of a company whos only direction has been down. Invest in fortune 500 companies and not penny stocks, well if I was able to invest in those companies I would not be in penny stocks. I go where a little of my money may make me lots so that one day I can invest in the larger stocks. Shiva brought this company public which means he needed our money, so he bears the responsibity of managing it. I have been successful on penny stocks as I am sure most of you have also, but this company is in shambles. I like the rest of us hope that he can actually make it, but to tell posters to suck it up and quit whining when they have lost most of thier investment is a little rough. Having a Conference Call which amounted to be a secret squirill call where you have to register and agree to be silent as we tell you whats going on is rediculous. Confront him, oh I have emailed to no avail, even if you had tried to confront him on the CC I doubt you would have been heard. I bet it was a very strict guidline as to what was said and asked. Shareholders should not have to remain silent about information that is pertenent to the company, that is a red flag in itself. The information should have been public from the git go, and the CC should have been a discussion on that information. Oh well, I see a nice piece of leftover pepperoni pizza, so back to the dumpster I go. GLTA
