A good point HOT - and in principle I agree with you that the Reciever should not be contacted for petty reasons.

I'm thinking though that the information that we got out of this brief conversation between sirhaggus and the Reciever was worth the charge.

I look forward to seeing what it is that the Reciever has to say post-Markman. My guess - it will be multiple times more useful than anything that the old BOD ever released for our information.

Since the receiver is the only legitimate source of information and considering that we haven't heard anything since the spring, I felt that it was a good time to contact him considering we are on the eve of one of the most important events in this company's history.

I spoke to him for about 5 minutes. So even at $400 a hour that is only $30 bucks - which I think, and probably most shareholders would agree, is very much worth it.

You should be scolding all of the folks who constantly call his office. Unlike those folks, I am very brief and direct when I call and I respect the receiver's time - which might be why he calls me back. Just sayin.

And are you aware every time I, Eliscoming, backatcha or anyone else contacts the US Court to review their records it costs us money, which shareholders aren't paying for? I personally don't care if it costs shareholders money when SirH contacts the Receiver. I trust Sirh to get the job done. If anyone else is getting information it would be nice if they shared it rather than hoarded it for themselves. With the receiver being the only authorized source of information concerning the operations of Calypso, I welcome any information he might be able to provide us. Information after the Markman seems to be a good juncture in which to give a status report. $400 / 200 million is 0.000002 per share. I've already spent a lot more than what your share of whatever it costs SirH to contact the receiver might be. No, I'm not asking for donations.
