And there lies the rub: If you believe that IVAN will get back over a dollar soon, then right now would be the worlds best buying opportunity!!!! So why isn't everyone buying by the boatload??? I mean it is a 35% gain just to a buck.

IVAN has always had the potential for NEWS, but has always failed to deliver. I have been waiting for YEARS for such news.

Yes I wonder who sold AND bought all these shares in the past few days.
