Does this 8-K mean they are done with the back and forth with the SEC in your opinion?

That was kind of my point....can't think of anyone tat would sell em for a nickle...not for monitory reasons. Could see someone doing it for maybe "best for the longterm interest of the Co" kind or reason, which could point to Marcus. But the Spec of complex shell restrictions culd be a valid spec as well. Maybe in a year or two the story will come out.....second thought, will we get a Form 3 or 4 about the trade? who knows...
