In my opinion, Kool-Tel would not be able to use the 28M in ASYI NOLS and this is all about the NOLS. Kool-Tel is not a software company. As I read more about NOLS, I came to this opinion. I spent alot of time researching this. I have nothing against Kool-Tel mind you; too much coincidence with MKHD and ASYI sharing the same Law firm, Beatty taking over MKHD on the same day, April 20, that ASYI announces the termination of the LOI with BD-Slam and the announces the LOI with Kool-Tel. This is all calculated in my opinion and I'm not the only one who shares this opinion.
