The Government of Hong Kong maintains a fascinating site called the Business Registry. I searched it this morning for "North American Gold Corp." There is no company by that name registered to do business in Hong Kong. The records of that site indicate that no company by that name has ever been registered in Hong Kong.
I also did a search on Google for "North American Gold Corporation." I turned up a company by that name which has been delisted from the Alberta Stock Exchange.
Now this may not be evidence of mismanagement or fraud, but it does call for an explanation. I've sent Lone Star Gold a request for said explanation. I'm also sending this information to the Investor Relations firm. I've not yet decided to inform the SEC, but I think I need to hear from LSTG today, and I need to really like what I hear.
