Probably the total cost for a company this size to audit fins and pay a securities attorney to file all the docs required by the SEC over one year is about $50K.

yet, they won't do it. it should be obvious that if they won't spend $50K to provide shareholders with proper financial reports that they certainly won't spend tens of millions of dollars on a buyback. jmo.
