Damn fine, Damnsammit. We really appreciate your spearheading this. So, having talked to the guy, how did you come away feeling? Sound of his voice, how he answered..that sort of thing.

Thank you very much for your time & detailed responses. Much appreciated! Love to know what the independent bank has to say on there overall value for the company & the mines.
Imo its like the market has already priced in the uncertainty here & hopefully they will keep up the good work & the updates
Thx again.

Very cool Damnsammit. Thank you for your efforts. I find it very interesting that they hired an independent bank to value their assets. Maybe I missed that in the press releases/conference call. Makes solicitations much easier imo. We each have our own methods of DD and forecasting our own speculations. The more that contact Lou or the IR Michael the more they will know shareholders are aware. Since Lou has taken over the stream of information has already made a difference imo. His specialty is in finance so he's the right person for now. As much as I'd like to see a strong business leader take over and help push them forward I think we are good to go for now.
Thanks for making the call.

This is the most interesting one of your call (if it really happened)...

Is Bankruptcy a possible avenue?

He said since the numbers are not currently out that he is not entirely sure, but again reiterated that the sale of one of the mines or the entire company would likely be the direction instead of Bankruptcy. We also discussed that the sale of the Hollister mine is likely going to be the first step in the event that they cannot secure liquidity. He pointed me back to the press release to reiterate that they are very serious in evaluating the sales of the mines and have hired an independent bank to value their assets.
