If we do a spinout, won't all shares have to be account for? If that's the case, the spinout should force shorts to cover correct? How does this work with naked shorts?

We agree! Scott is going to deliver the goods and put it to the shorts at the same time. They have no escape. Bring on the spinoffs and uplist to another exchange! Go SRSR!!!
